The most important was the staff - affable and amicable people. The room was silent and huge with good sized lockers, traditional Japanese bath, we felt like at home. Everything was fantastic: )

The bed here is super comfy, the bathroom is spotless, there's a TV with lots of channels, and you even have a dining area in your room. Plus, you can see a huge tower from here! 🏙️

I had very pleasant and nice stay in Capsule Inn Kinshicho for 3 nights. Staff was very polite and they did help me if I had any questions. Nice bathroom area, there was sauna room and hot tub! Always got clean towels (and sheets?). I liked the complimentary coffee a lot and the nice common area.
The womens capsule floor's bathroom door made horrible noise if you closed or opened it. Lockers were also rather small. In front of the inn, outside though, was some coin lockers alternatively. I chose to store my backpack in front of my capsule as many other visitors did.

Nice to be in a capsule, capsules are well equipped, with radio, tv, alarm and light...it's spacious enough, I can fit quite perfectly and even sit (I'm 190 cm long)..Perfect position, just 10 minutes walk from tube station...
Not very clean...especially compared to the Japanese standards...and price is quite high compared to the quality and the fact that it is not a room...we were 2 people, and could have a nice doubble room in the city centre for the same price...but it is woth trying...

The location is good. Not only it's close to a subway station but also the area is nice, especially compared to Minamisenju where most cheap hotels and hostels in Tokyo are located. The capsule is quite comfortable.
The place is used by many backpackers, so it might be loud during all night. If you want to sleep at night, better choose another place.

Easy to find, great value in a super location with a 24-hour bath and sauna. Surprisingly close to everything, including affordable food options and familiar Western chains nearby. Social atmosphere allowed for meeting and touring with other travelers. The view of the skytree from the hotel was jaw-dropping and the staff were incredibly friendly. Security and cleanliness were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay. Thank you so much!

The price is very low. The staff of the hotel is helpful.
It is very old. The capsule was good but the bathrooms and common areas were not vey clean. If you need to stay a couple of nights is ok but not so longer.

Really enjoyed my stay! Friendly and kind staff, very helpful. Hotel is located near JR Kinshicho station, Kinshi park and about 20 minutes of walking from Tokyo SkyTree. Service fully applies for its price, shared bathroom for men and women, three lockers for things, capsule, sauna and massage rooms, lobbies, room for eating. Everyday capsules are cleaned, everyday new yukata, towels, soap & shampoo. Sauna open 24 hours. I really enjoyed my accomodation and will come back again!
Staff not speaking English well. Wifi not working in capsules, only in lobby. Lockers are not big. A bit difficult to get used to Japanese bahtroom and rest, especially if you're not familiar with it.

Hassle-free luggage storage, free TV in each capsule, exclusive capsules for women, amazing sauna, close to train station. Staff and location were excellent. Building amenities were a little old but the price made up for it.

Sleeping in a coffin-like capsule makes you feel like Dracula, but with better amenities. Sharing a bathroom with strangers is the epitome of luxury. Meeting snoring men from all around the world is priceless.
Waking up to the sound of strangers snoring is just what I needed for a peaceful night's sleep.
